How to add a static option to a checkbox list or drop-down menu created from a table?

I want to add an option in my list that the customer can select. On the other hand, I don't want him to be able to modify this option in the table that controls the choices.

Eg:
I want to be able to select the users who will have access from a list and I want to add an option "All users"

OFFICIAL ANSWER

It is possible to add this option when creating the field in sn_fields.

After selecting as the Checkbox List view from a table, you will have 3 additional fields which will be displayed at the bottom of the General tab.

Additional values ??separated by commas
Additional choices separated by commas for each active language.

The value field is what will be saved to the database once a customer chooses this option.
Additional choices separated by commas are the label that will appear in the edit page for this hairy depending on the client's language.
