Create and add a predefined section to the content of your email

The predefined sections have been saved and modified so that they cannot be erased by users when using extenso. You have the possibility to create it yourself for your directmail. Here is a link to show you how.

How to add a predefined section to the email content

  • Once you have an open email for editing, you have the option to start adding content.
  • You can do it from the sections in "Add a section"
  • You tap add to put it at the top or bottom of the email depending on the option you chose in Position of the added section.
    • You can also click dragged using the image.
  • Do not forget to save afterwards.

Convert a saved section to predefined sections with thumbnails so users can no longer destroy it.

You must first have saved a section.

  • Go to the left menu / DIRECTMAIL / Directmail Data / Pre-defined email sections
  • Press the UID (pencil) of the section you just saved.
  • Once in the edition, at the bottom of the form you must check the box "Section created by the administrator"
  • We suggest you add a screenshot or an icon that represents your section.
  • Press Save
  • Returned and to the email editing interface
  • In Edit / add a section to the right, tap the icon to refresh the list. Your section should be visible.
