SYNOPSIS

PARAMETERS
- public_key
- Encryption key value generated by genkey
- text
- Text to encrypt
RETURN
- String
- Returns the encrypted string.
EXAMPLES
keys = genkey(algo:"rsa","bits":1024);
ct = acrypt(keys.public, "This is a text; été");
adecrypt(keys.private, ct);
