Introducing Directmail

Directmail is an Extenso tool for email management. It manages automatic e-mail sending, and also e-mail campaigns with lists of subscribers. The tool has most of the features available on the majority of campaign management tools, namely:

• automatic email sending
• creating and managing multiple emails and templates
• Click tracking
• statistics
• subscription and unsubscription management (subscriptions can be managed with an xform widget)

To access Directmail, go to the left menu of the administration part (staging). Click on the Directmail envelope icon. In this part, we will review emails and template creation, campaign management (creation and statistics)

Each email is built using a template. Creating (or choosing) a template is the first step if you want to create an email.
