You have made changes and you want to deploy.
You have access to the Deploy button in the top right corner of your page. By clicking this button you will be redirected to a Deployment page where you can click the button labeled Publish.

You can add a comment and ask to be notified by e-mail when the procedure is completed by using the add a comment link (when you have many files to deploy). You can also select certain files and deploy them or schedule a deployment.
